Executive Committee
The core organizing group for Ear to the Earth is an Executive Committee whose primary responsibilities are formulating strategies and plans, implementing decisions, and providing leadership. Its current members are:

Members of the Ear to the Earth Working Group are artists, students, friends, and others who offer ideas, help us shape the programs, and assist us in our operations.

The role of the Advisory Group is to provide advice, commentary, and ideas, and to be available for consultation when issues arise concerning Ear to the Earth operations and activities. Members of the Advisory Group are asked to be ambassadors for Ear to the Earth and to assist in every reasonable way in fundraising, enlarging the network, identifying talent, developing events, and performing other creative tasks that help us to attain our goals.
